
Shipping Policy

At Banksian Crystals, every piece is handmade with care, and we want it to arrive with you in the same spirit. This page covers how we ship, what it costs, and what to do if something goes wrong.
Where We Ship
We currently ship within the United Kingdom (excluding Northern Ireland) only. We hope to offer international shipping in the future — if you're outside the UK and interested in a piece, feel free to get in touch and we'll let you know when international delivery becomes available.
Processing Time
All pieces are handmade to order. Please allow 2–5 working days for your order to be prepared and carefully packaged before dispatch. During busy periods — launches, holidays, restocks — this may take slightly longer, and we'll let you know if so.
For made-to-order or commissioned pieces, production time will be specified at the point of purchase.
UK Shipping Options
All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail and include tracking. You'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.

Standard Delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 48) 2–3 working days £3.95
Express Delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 24) 1–2 working days £5.95
Free Standard Delivery on orders over £50.
Higher-Value Items
Any order over £150 are dispatched by Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed as standard.
This includes signature on delivery and Royal Mail's compensation cover up to the value of the item.

Special Delivery is our standard service for these items — the only option at checkout — because they're too valuable to send any other way.
Packaging
Every piece is packaged in protective materials and presented in branded gift packaging, ready to give or to keep. Each order includes a card detailing the crystal(s) in your piece and a short note on its traditional properties.
If Something Goes Wrong
Lost parcels. Royal Mail classes a Tracked UK item as lost after 10 working days from dispatch. If your tracking shows no movement beyond this window, please get in touch at vikki@banksiancrystals.com and we'll open a claim with Royal Mail. Once Royal Mail has confirmed the loss and processed our claim, we'll issue your replacement or refund.
Please note that in the event of a claim, resolution timing depends on Royal Mail's investigation process, which typically takes up to 30 days to complete.
Damaged parcels. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of both the packaging and the item. We'll arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Incorrect addresses. Please double-check your delivery address at checkout — we can't be responsible for orders sent to an address provided incorrectly. If an order comes back to us undelivered, we'll contact you to arrange redelivery (additional postage will apply).
Changes and Cancellations
Need to change or cancel an order? Please contact us within 24 hours of placing it and we'll do our best to accommodate. Once an order has been dispatched we can't cancel it, but you're welcome to return it under our Returns Policy.
