If we're unable to fulfil your order for any reason — for example, if an item is no longer available or has been incorrectly listed — we'll contact you as soon as possible and offer either a full refund or, where possible, an alternative piece of equivalent value.

3. Order and Payment

Placing Orders: You must be over the age of 18 or have the consent of a parent or guardian to make a purchase on this Site. By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

We take care to describe our products accurately, including the crystals used, dimensions, and weights. As our pieces are handmade from natural stones, minor variations in colour, shape, pattern, and inclusions are part of the character of each piece and should be expected. Photographs are taken under studio conditions and the item you receive may differ slightly in appearance when viewed under different lighting.

6. Cancellation and Returns

Right to Cancel: Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods for any reason. To cancel, please contact us at returns@banksiancrystals.com within this period.

Returns: If you cancel your order within the 14-day cooling-off period, we will issue a full refund. You are responsible for the return postage costs.
